PARIS, November 25, 2019 (WAM) – French President Emmanuel Macron announced yesterday evening the easing of the comprehensive quarantine measures imposed in the country since last October 30th to confront the emerging corona virus, “Covid 19”.
Macron said that the relaxation of the comprehensive quarantine measures will be carried out in three phases, as first, next Saturday, stores will reopen amid strict health measures, while the second phase will start on December 15, where the quarantine will be lifted and museums, cinemas and theaters will be allowed to open their doors, provided that confirmation is confirmed. The spread of the epidemic has decreased, and the third phase will begin on January 20, where restaurants and cafes will be allowed to open their doors only if the health situation continues to improve.
Macron revealed that vaccines will be available in France from the end of December or early January, and vaccination will not be compulsory.
