Azizi Developments has completed the structure, blockwork and internal plaster. 95 per cent of the tiling, as well as 96 per cent of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) are also completed. Azizi has also recorded 84 per cent of external works, 98 per cent of the swimming pool, and 91 per cent of the overall finishing as complete. The elevator and façade stand at 98 per cent and 93 per cent respectively.
